i'm not exactly sure what madge was going for in this look, but sorry to say that it tanked. i like bunny ears as part of an outfit as much as any girl, but add to that the weird frilly dress and the thigh high dominatrix boots, it's a recipe for disaster.
honorable mention: leighton meester. oh leighton, honey. why? who told you it was appropriate to dress up as a harlequin to the met ball, even if it is louis vuitton?

Madonna's outfit is disgusting, but that doesn't surprise me - she has terrible style! And I actually kind of like Leighton's crazy look (although not that weird pose in the picture you selected)!
